At Fishing Superstore, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with all the products we sell and the service we provide. If you experience any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out, and we will be happy to assist.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve had a change of mind or ordered a product in error, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The returned product must be received in its original condition for us to process a refund.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Faulty Product Returns

If you believe your product is faulty, please return it to us for inspection. Once tested, if we can replicate the fault, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. However, if the product is found to be functioning as intended, we will notify you and request payment for the postage costs to and from our store.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange a product, please return the unopened item in its original packaging along with a copy of your invoice. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue either a store credit or process the exchange. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
